homesick?

...Well I feel like they're talking in a language I don't speak And they're talking it to me...

Iam working with the letter of motivation for my application to a masters program, therefore I decided I keep working with the english language. I never tried that with my blogg before, so thats a new experience.

Some languages are quite easy to learn, some give you lots of headaches, and others are just simply impossible to learn. Well, Danish should be easy enough, but it isent. They have a way of swallowing half of the vocals in a word, wich makes me wonder why they even bother to write thoes vocals. Some things Is just not meant for me to understand, I guess. But if I want to stay here for 4 semesters more, which I might do, cause I have applied for master program both in Århus and in Copenhagen, I should really pull myself togheter and learn this. Iam doing a danish language course, but its no use when you dont practice it. Iam suppose to make a small presentation about next mondays subject/theme in the class religion and migration, and Iam supposed to talk in danish. or wannebe-danish at least.

I have spent two weeks being confused, tired, stressed and a bit homesick, missing my small and cosy university college (MHS), my friends and my family. Now its time to be active, social, positive, and a good student.

I think I can. No, I dont think I can: I know I can!
